There's nothing quite like enjoying a meal out with friends.

Our popular Meals Out sessions take place three times each month, giving members the opportunity to socialise, enjoy great food and experience a variety of restaurants across Stratford, Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.

Members choose their meals in advance, making the experience relaxed and enjoyable from the moment they arrive. Whether it's a favourite restaurant or somewhere new to try, these sessions are a fantastic way to build confidence, develop social skills and spend quality time with friends old and new.

Tuesday Meals Out are usually based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Wednesday Meals Out take place across Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.

The restaurants we work with are always welcoming, inclusive and supportive, helping to create a positive experience for everyone attending.

Meals Out continue to be one of ILEAP's most popular activities, combining friendship, independence and good food in equal measure.
