ILEAP Membership
Becoming an ILEAP member is simple, with an annual subscription of £12.
Your membership helps us cover essential costs like insurance, materials and the day-to-day running of the charity, so we can continue providing safe, inclusive and enjoyable activities for everyone.
As a member, you’ll be able to access our group sessions and, where available, 1:1 support tailored to individual needs.
We work hard to keep our activities as affordable as possible, and many are subsidised through our charitable income. Please take a look at each session for specific pricing.
If you bring your own DBS-checked 1:1 support worker or carer, we offer a 10% reduction on our group session rates. A simple coupon code will be provided for you to use at checkout.
If you choose to have support from an ILEAP Support Friend, you won’t need to pay the group session fee — instead, you’ll just pay the 1:1 support rate and any applicable entrance fees.
Our 1:1 support rates are £19 per hour for ILEAP-based sessions and from £23 per hour for community-based sessions. These will be invoiced separately.
To request 1:1 support for a session, simply book your chosen activity and select the 1:1 option at the time of booking. You’ll pay the group fee initially, and we’ll then invoice you for the 1:1 support and any entrance fees, minus the group fee already paid. Please note that all 1:1 bookings are provisional until we have matched you with a suitable Support Friend.

To ensure sessions can run smoothly, we ask that all invoices are paid by the stated deadlines. This helps us secure venues and allocate staff in advance. Once a session is booked, payment is required to confirm your place.
If you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible (please see our payment and cancellation policy). We can either arrange a refund via BACS or apply the amount as credit towards a future session.
Where transport is required, we may be able to offer this alongside support. Transport is charged at £0.50 per mile, plus Support Friend time. Please note that transport availability cannot always be guaranteed.
