Children Activities
Thanks to a grant from BBC Children in Need these activities for 4 - 8 years and 8 - 12 years are affordable and well staffed. Get in touch with Vanessa Clarke, our Youth Coordinator who would love to hear from you so that we can make these sessions as user led as possible. Contact Vanessa via her email
As part of this project, older ILEAP Members aged 13 - 18 years can Volunteer at these sessions alongside our Peer Mentor Volunteers.
ILEAP Inspiring Riders is a community therapeutic horsemanship and riding programme which offers affordable, inclusive horsemanship sessions to local children, including disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.
These are all group therapeutic horsemanship sessions which include groundwork, horse care and riding. The aim of these sessions is for participants to enjoy fun horsemanship and gentle riding activities in a supportive small group setting.
Sessions run on a Tuesday during term time 4.30pm - 5.30pm.
