• Request from ILEAP Member: We are looking for a 1:1 for a 24 year old young man. He attends ILEAP group activities currently. His 1:1 will be able to keep him engaged in activities and take him away from the group when things get too much for him or the rest of the group. He is very repetitive and hence draining so patience and diversion tactics are required, to keep him on track and to give his peers a short break from his repetitive behaviours.
