At ILEAP, we are committed to supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of all our members, including managing dietary needs and allergies with care and attention. We recognise that every individual is different, and we work closely with members and families to understand specific requirements. Our team takes all dietary information seriously and follows clear procedures to help minimise risks and ensure everyone can take part safely. Where food is involved, we aim to create an inclusive environment where all members feel confident, respected and able to enjoy their experience. View Download

Where a member requires personal care, they must attend with their own 1:1 carer, who must hold an enhanced DBS check. Personal care, including any routine support and medication needs, should be delivered by the member’s own carer, with ILEAP staff playing a supportive role where appropriate. View Download
