These online Activities will help you to stay connected. We run both Group and 1:1 sessions that will build confidence rasie self esteem and improve your holistic health and wellbeing.
Simply book your session as normal and you will be sent a link to use for each session.
You will need an internet connection and a Computer, Tablet or Phone to take part.

ILEAP Members will have some safe Friday Night Fun online with Friends old and new.
Every Friday at 5pm, Charlie from ILEAP will keep you entertained, giving you Quizes, Games, Chat Show Fun activities to look forward too and something to share with your friends.
