you are booking for the Spring Term 2026 x £45 per session

Wellbeing Wednesday will be the highlight of your week! We will meet in Jephson Studios in the Temperate Glass House in Jephson Gardens

Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic new venue in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa

This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll meet every Wednesday during term time and take part in activities that lift the soul.

Arts and Crafts, Music and Games, Cookery, Gardening and Horticulture, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and laugh.

We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep adventures. Things like Cinema Trips, Games Cafe, Boating, Leisure Centre, Shopping, Museums, Day Trips all user -led and included in the price.

We will incorpate a healthy lunch such as panini, soup, toastie that you will help to prep and prepare (occasionally you will need to bring a packed lunch, depending upon the activity.
