ILEAP Local
ILEAP Local is for those who are feeling isolated and are unable to get Out & About for whatever reason
We will link you with a member of the team who will come to your home and take you to a local park, walk the dog, or go to the woods.
We will access things from your doorstep so that you get to know your local area and build your confidence.
Heathwatch Warwickshire Feedback Session
Healthwatch Warwickshire is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services.
Healthwatch exists to make sure that the voices of patients and service users, especially those who are often overlooked, are heard by the people who plan and run local health and care services.
Caroline is Healthwatch Engagement Lead and ILEAP have arranged a community voice session with her and you. It's a chance for Healthwatch to listen to people's experiences (good and bad) and then share the themes to NHS and care providers so that improvements can be made.
During the session, they will also provide signposting and information to help to anyone who is struggling to find or access health and care services
Please come along to share your views on 18th June at 2.30pm at The Kenilworth Centre.
