ILEAP Recreation & Multi Sports
A great way to get fit whilst having fun and building confidence. ILEAP Sports are non-competitive but offer plenty of encouragement and praise to make you feel good inside and out!
Multi Activity Club is your chance to Shine!
Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic venue.
We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activity, making use of the outside sports area, the garden, the youth room, and arts and crafts area.
Personalised background music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to get creative, get active and have fun in a variety of youth club type activities.
We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the group.
Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday during the school holidays

New session alert!
Join Vanessa and Co at new venue Gamefinity for a virtual sports simulator session. Members will have exclusive access to the VIP room at Gamefinity.
The VIP room has a Wild West themed shooting gallery. This is a virtual game where folks can try their hand at shooting hats, bottles and targets. The game has a huge screen and is vey immersive. There is no loud 'gunshot' sounds and the games have a musical overlay.
The VIP room also has a pool table, a chill out area with sofa and table seating and we have exclusive use of a private karaoke room.
The venue also has air hockey, foosball table and pool tables (additional charge) and a selection of board games to choose from.
Bring extra £ for snacks and drinks.
Why not book for the morning at Vue Cinema with us, bring a packed lunch picnic and spend the whole day with us, we will support you over lunch!

Take part in sports, fun and games and meet your mates, not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
We only have limited places so that we can keep the session small and personalised for those who prefer smaller groups / quieter sessions

Our popular horse-riding session is back.
You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at the first session, they cannot weigh people after the first session, so if you are looking to book after 09/09/25, please email
ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school club to build your confidence around our equine friends whilst learning to ride.
The group of 6 is split into two smaller groups, each taking turns to ride in the manage. Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a volunteer to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence, participants will learn the techniques of steering, trotting and cantering.
Research has suggested that spending time with animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to mental health and wellbeing.
Please wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear, although you are welcome to bring your own.

Our popular horse-riding session is back.
You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at the first session, they cannot weigh people after the first session, so if you are looking to book after 09/09/25, please email
ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school club to build your confidence around our equine friends whilst learning to ride.
The group of 6 is split into two smaller groups, each taking turns to ride in the manage. Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a volunteer to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence, participants will learn the techniques of steering, trotting and cantering.
Research has suggested that spending time with animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to mental health and wellbeing.
Please wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear, although you are welcome to bring your own.

Multi Activity Club is your chance to Shine!
Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic venue.
We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activity, making use of the outside sports area, the garden, the youth room, and arts and crafts area.
Personalised background music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to get creative, get active and have fun in a variety of youth club type activities.
We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the group.
Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday during term time and the school holidays

The ILEAP Big Chill is a place where you can Relax & Chill and just be your wonderful self and do your own thing.
Our fully accessible venue has a pool table, table footy, outdoor sports court, garden, art room, dvd player, comfy chairs, sensory room a snack bar and tuck shop.
Relax and Chill and meet your mates, not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
