Hi, I’m Pete. I helped create ILEAP back in 2000 alongside parents and professionals who believed there had to be a better way — one built on inclusion, possibility and genuine opportunity for everyone.
We were ahead of our time, and over the last 25 years we’ve grown that vision into something powerful — creating inclusive, empowering experiences for our members, families, staff and volunteers, and building a community where everyone can belong and thrive.
My role is to bring it all together behind the scenes — the people, partnerships and resources — so that what we deliver is safe, affordable and truly meaningful.
What inspires me every day is seeing confidence grow, friendships form and people surprise themselves with what they can achieve — all while having a great time.
