 t the day with a relaxed chat\, moving in gently to a chilled out and info
 rmal activity\, making use of the outside sports area\, the garden\, the I
 T suite\, and arts and crafts area.&nbsp\;
 Personalised background music
  helps to keep the atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity 
 to take part in activities that build confidence and raise self esteem.
 
 We have regular special guests delivering activities like drama\, sports a
 nd games\, story telling\, dance\, games\, music\, cooking and trips out.

 
 We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons r
 equirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individu
 al or the group.
 Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the 
 year&nbsp\;
