 Purposeful and
  empowering day time activities at our fantastic venue
 We start the day 
 with a relaxed chat\, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activ
 ity\, making use of the outside sports area\, the garden\, the IT suite\, 
 and arts and crafts area.&nbsp\;
 Personalised background music helps to 
 keep the atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to take pa
 rt in activities that build confidence and raise self esteem.
 We have re
 gular special guests delivering activities like drama\, sports and games\,
  story telling\, dance\, games\, music\, cooking and trips out.
 We can p
 rovide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirement
 s and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the 
 group.
 Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year&nbsp\
