Wellbeing Wednesday will be the highlight of your week! We will meet in Jephson Studios in the Temperate Glass House in Jephson Gardens
Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic new venue in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa
This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll meet every Wednesday during term time and take part in activities that lift the soul.
Arts and Crafts, Music and Games, Cookery, Gardening and Horticulture, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and laugh.
We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep adventures. Things like Cinema Trips, Games Cafe, Boating, Leisure Centre, Shopping, Museums, Day Trips all user -led and included in the price.
We will incorpate a healthy lunch such as panini, soup, toastie that you will help to prep and prepare (occasionally you will need to bring a packed lunch, depending upon the activity.

Venue Information - Jephson Studio
The Jephson Studio is located in the Glass House in Jephson Gardens.
Jephson Gardens are formal gardens, together with a grassed park, in the town of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The gardens, once a place for the wealthy to 'take the air' and 'be seen', are found in the centre of the town on the Parade, with the River Leam flowing to the south of them.
We will use the Studio as our base as we head out into the community and take part in user led activities that lift the soul
